Six of the seven Google-listed agencies on the front-page ranking are in this table; Right at Home's St. Peters office, at 4.6, is not. The two lists still disagree on order, because that ranking is about how an agency talks about cost on its own website and this one is about what reviewers said. They measure different things.

Why the review gate is 30
Because the dataset told us where the noise stops. Of the 159 listings, 32 have no reviews at all and another 76 have between one and nine, and among those the ratings cluster at 5.0 and at 1.0 for the obvious reason. Thirty is the point past which a 4.8 stops looking like a coincidence. It is a judgement, so it is printed here rather than hidden.
